I want to shine the light on these remarkable women in my team whose contributions have been essential to The Ambitious Dietitian’s journey and acknowledge we would not be where we are today without the village we have created.

Let’s get to know them a little better. 

Meet Charity

Charity is a US Based Registered Dietitian. She is also a mum of two. 

In her spare time (coz mums get that right?), she loves to read books and lift heavy stuff at the gym, is fuelled on coffee all day long and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking. 

Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, she was actually a Personal Trainer and a holistic health coach which combined, equals well over 10 years in the wellness industry. 

How would you describe your role within The Ambitious Dietitian? 

I help Brianna with the back end of TAD: it varies depending on the week anywhere from email marketing, blogging, adding updates to the Thrive course, collaborations and outreach, you name it I can do it. That’s my attitude anyways!

 

What inspired your to join our team? 

I love being behind the scenes of nutrition marketing, it’s something that I find so interesting and a way that can impact so many people. I also love how Brianna’s business empowers Dietitian’s to get their entrepreneurial spirit alive and that no matter what your dream is, people need your business in the world.

 

What do you love most about your craft?

I love being able to help craft social engagements and run backend for Dietitian’s in private practice.

 

Can you share a success story or a memorable client interaction you have had in your role/career? 

In my career as a Dietitian: I worked a lot with adolescent eating disorder and their families. Being able to support and encourage them through such a challenging time is very rewarding. As a Virtual Assistant I truly love to check things off a list, Type A personality over here!

 

How do you maintain work-life balance or manage stress related to work? 

No matter what struggles or stress we have, there is always something to be grateful for. Practicing gratitude and taking moments to breathe in fresh air is so good for the body. I try to do this first thing in the morning and before bed minimum. In addition, I do exercise 4-5 times/week and find that helps me with stress a ton!

 

Can you share one business tip that’s really made a difference in your business journey. 

I always try to put myself in the other persons shoes. What would they expect, want, need? How can I best support them.
